Some of the garments have a different fit and may be an oversized fit. Please refer to the “Fit” section on the shop page. We recommend sticking to your size even for the oversized fit.
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped, this email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order online.
Send an email to help@strey.shop including your full name and order number as it appears on your order confirmation.
Post back back your return via an insured and trackable delivery method.
Returns will only be accepted if they are unworn, and with the tag still on. Please refer to the refund policy page for more information.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. In the case of faulty or incorrect items, Strey will cover the cost for the return shipping charges.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Strey Pvt Ltd.'s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
modify or copy the materials;
use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Strey Pvt Ltd.'s website;
remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Strey Pvt Ltd. at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
