HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped, this email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order online.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your full name and order number as it appears on your order confirmation.
Post back back your return via an insured and trackable delivery method.
Returns will only be accepted if they are unworn, and with the tag still on. Please refer to the refund policy page for more information.
DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING FOR MY RETURN ITEMS?
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. In the case of faulty or incorrect items, Strey will cover the cost for the return shipping charges.
